Tracy D. Little, ANP-BC, BC-ADM, is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee, with board certification in Advanced Diabetes Management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Memphis, graduating summa cum laude. Little has extensive experience in diabetes management, having founded her own practice in 2018, before joining Heart & Vascular in 2023.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Little has worked across several well-known medical institutions in West Tennessee. She is committed to providing exceptional patient care, focusing on diabetes management and adult health. Her dedication to the field is reflected in her certification as a Board-Certified Advanced Diabetes Manager and her involvement in professional organizations like the American Diabetes Association.

In addition to her clinical work, Little has been involved in professional development and community service. She was elected to Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing during her time at Vanderbilt and has presented at conferences on diabetes management and thyroid disease. She has held membership of various professional groups, including the West Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Alliance and the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
