Emad Mohamed, M.D., is a cardiologist at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee. He is currently providing services in our Jackson, Lexington, and Dyersburg offices, as well as, Jackson Madison County General Hospital and Dyersburg Hospital. 

Dr. Mohamed's education and professional experience includes:

  • Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center

  • Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center


He is board-certified in Internal Medicine through The American Board of Internal Medicine and holds the following certifications:

Dr. Mohamed is passionate about patient care and has provided cardiovascular services to the West Tennessee and Mississippi area since 2000. He was formerly with Mid-South Heart Center and Apex Cardiology. Dr. Mohamed promotes a heart-healthy lifestyle by staying active, his favorite activity being running. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his kids when he is not at work.
