Ronald Weiner, DO, is a cardiologist at Heart & Vascular Center of West Tennessee, with offices in Jackson, Dyersburg, Adamsville, the Delta Clinic in Lexington, and the McKenzie Medical Center in McKenzie, Tennessee.
Dr. Weiner attended college at the University of Maryland. He then completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at JFK Memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey, followed by an internal medicine residency at the same institution. Dr. Weiner rounded out his medical training with a cardiovascular fellowship at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center, located in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
Dr. Weiner is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association. He is also a fellow of the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions, American College of Angiology, American College of Chest Physicians, Council of Clinical Cardiology, and American College of Cardiology.
He has held hospital positions at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, McLeod Regional Medical Center, Gulf Coast Hospital, Germantown and Temple University Hospitals. He has served as chairman of the Osteopathic Fellowship Program at Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Weiner has held several university appointments, including working as a clinical instructor at the Department of Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
